When you submit a support question we collect your first name, last name and your email address so that we can correspond with you. When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your name (only when provided) and your email address so that we can correspond with you. Your personal data will be stored in the website’s database and may also be copied in our Salesforce instance.
We use Google Analytics to track visitors on this site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. In order to be compliant with the new regulation Google included a data processing amendment. The data we collect will be processed anonymously and “Data sharing” is disabled. We don’t use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.
We send mail for our newsletter and adds campaigns. We manually send these emails from our Salesforce contacts and we only store your email address and when provided your name. With your permission, we may send you emails about our products and other updates. You can contact us at any time, or directly by answering to a newsletter to unsubscribe you.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
